SECTION 2 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
Personal Information submitted to us, whether through the site or otherwise, may be used by us for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or as specified on the relevant pages of the site. SECTION 4 – DISCLOSURE
Any Personal Information provided by you, or that is derived automatically by or through the site, is not sold, rented, or shared by us with any third-party without your consent, except in the circumstances described in this Privacy Policy. This Section 4 does not apply to the practices of third parties, third-party sites, and third-party applications that we do not control or manage.
You acknowledge and agree that we may use and disclose your Personal Information, without notice, to third-parties such as (i) government agencies, as required by law; (ii) certain parties as necessary to respond in good faith to legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas and court orders); (iii) third-party agents, partners, and service providers; and (iv) third-parties involved in a merger or acquisition (see Section 11).

SECTION 6 – BigCommerce
Our store is hosted on BigCommerce.. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through BigCommerce’s data storage, databases, and the general BigCommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then BigCommerce stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may engage other companies and individuals (“Third-Party Service Providers”) to use your Personal Information for the purposes set forth above.
